We have recently developed the Electric Vehicle Safety System (EVSS) (aka Garage Plug®). With the EVSS, it should become possible to switch off the powertrain of electric vehicles for longer periods of time (without being able to remove it or fail). This should make it possible to work safely around electric cars in garages and bodyshops. For this project, Holding Huyding has received a grant from the province of North Brabant.
